Job summary

North Country Healthcare in New Hampshire seeks a House Coordinator to provide clinical and supervisory leadership across Med-Surg, ICU, Emergency, Surgery, and Oncology during a shift. The role conducts rounds and coordinates services with all departments to ensure optimal patient care.

The position also serves as clinical backup RN to ED/ICU/ONC/PACU/SDS and ensures compliance with CMS and NH guidelines. Requires NH RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 5 years of clinical experience, with ED/ICU

Qualifications

• Current NH RN license and BLS, ACLS required.
• Critical Care course required; orientation plan if not completed.
• PALS and MOAB within 1 year; NRP/TNCC within 2 years.
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience; ED/ICU preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, conflict and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and provide clinical and supervisory leadership for a shift.
• Perform charge nurse duties on Med-Surg and provide direct patient care as needed.
• Make rounds on Medical Surgical and ICU every shift and participate in rounding across departments.
• Serve as clinical backup RN to ED, ICU, ONC, and PACU/SDS.
