North Star Health Alliance seeks an RN Clinical Coordinator to bridge bedside nursing and unit leadership in a combined Med-Surg and ICU setting. You will oversee shift operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with complex patient care across both units.

The role requires a BSN, NY RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and 3–5 years’ dual-unit experience, with 1–2 years in leadership. The position is full-time and based on-site in New York.

Formación

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Active RN license in NY or compact state.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
• 3–5 years RN experience with Med-Surg and ICU.
• At least 1–2 years in leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee shift operations and patient flow in Med-Surg and ICU.
• Coordinate complex discharge plans and patient transfers.
• Provide bedside care during surge or complex cases.
• Onboard, mentor, and evaluate RNs, aides, and techs.
• Balance staffing ratios by acuity across units.
• Resolve patient, family, or interdepartmental issues in real time.
