Job summary

North Country Healthcare in Berlin, NH is seeking a dedicated House Coordinator responsible for coordinating activities in the Department of Nursing. This role includes providing leadership and expertise across various departments such as Med-Surg, ICU, Emergency, Surgery, and Oncology.

The ideal candidate must possess a current registered nurse license, extensive clinical experience, and hold BLS and ACLS certifications. The position involves performing supervisory duties and direct patient care when necessary.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license in the State of New Hampshire is required.
• 5+ years of current clinical experience; 2+ years in ED and ICU is strongly preferred.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and provide clinical leadership for the Department of Nursing.
• Work with all departments for optimal patient care.
• Make patient rounds in the Medical Surgical unit and ICU every shift.
