Job summary

Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH seeks an RN House Supervisor to provide administrative and clinical leadership across shifts. You will oversee staffing, patient throughput, and quality of care, coordinating with ER, medical-surgical units, and support services to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with leadership experience, NH license or compact, ACLS/BLS, CPI, and a track record of improving patient outcomes in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in NH or compact state
• ACLS within 90 days of employment
• BLS Certification within 30 days of employment
• CPI within 90 days of employment
• Member of a national professional nursing organization (preferred)
• Two years experience in a Nursing Management role (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Represents Administration with leadership to resolve clinical and administrative issues
• Responds to emergency situations with appropriate actions
• Collaborates with ER, Medical Supervisors, and staff to facilitate admissions and staffing
• Maintains accurate documentation of staffing, payroll, coaching, and trainings
• Supports change, team building and engagement of employees
• Oversees utilization of personnel, equipment, and supplies in a cost-effective manner
