Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school is required or a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience in an Acute Care setting required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization.
• Ensure adequate nursing staff through management of nursing resources.
• Facilitate and coordinate bed assignments within the hospital and expedite patient movement.
• Assist Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development, HR management, and promoting quality care.
• Responsible for clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties.
