Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• 2 years experience as an RN in a clinical specialty area is required.
• PA Registered Nurse License is required; Basic Life Support required.
• Multi State Compact RN License required or re-eligibility per state policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing care on the unit and ensures standards of practice.
• Manages staffing, budget, and expenses; drives performance improvement.
• Develops evidence-based policies and education programs for staff.
• Supervises and counsels nursing staff on performance and professional development.
