Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking a nursing leader responsible for coordinating delivery of nursing services and ensuring adequate staff across the organization. You will facilitate bed assignments and collaborate with department managers to move patients efficiently.

You will assist Directors of Nursing in staff development and HR management while carrying out clinical and non-clinical administrative duties to promote high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required or equivalent.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Ensure adequate nursing staff through effective staffing management.
• Facilitate bed assignments and patient movement with relevant department managers.
• Assist Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and HR management.
• Engage in administrative duties to promote quality care.
