Job summary

Delhi Post Acute is seeking an LPN Manager to support the Director of Nursing Services in administering daily operations of the nursing department. The role includes policy development, QA activities, and coordination with physicians.

The ideal candidate will have a BSN (preferred), a current State Board of Nursing license, and 1–3 years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain continuing education/licensing requirements.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning and directing day-to-day nursing operations.
• Develop and update nursing service policies and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans; coordinate physician visits.
• Oversee staff performance, quality assurance activities, and budget planning.
• Maintain confidential resident information and coordinate with families as needed.
