Job summary

Delhi Post Acute in Cincinnati is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the daily functions of the nursing service department within regulatory guidelines.

You will participate in policy development, QA activities, and budget planning; oversee care plans, nursing assessments, and timely physician visits; supervise staff, ensure current documentation, and maintain resident rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing with BSN preferred.
• Must be in good standing with the State Board of Nursing and maintain CE/licensing requirements.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct daily nursing operations.
• Develop and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual and policies.
• Perform nursing assessments and develop plans of care.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and budget planning.
• Maintain documentation and protect resident confidentiality.
