Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Manager of Nursing Services to coordinate the clinical program and lead multiple disciplines. This role ensures 24/7 nursing management, staff development, and continuous quality improvement under the supervision of the Clinical Services department.

An RN with a Wisconsin license and a Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with 2–4 years of supervisory nursing experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred and RN license required.
• 2–4 years nursing supervisory/management experience preferred.
• CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider or ARC) within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing services across the clinical program.
• Coordinate staff performance, scheduling, and treatment planning.
• Ensure patient safety through rounds, communications, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and improve clinical program policies with Joint Commission standards.
