Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Manager of Clinical Workforce Development to lead doctoral internship and practicum programs, drive workforce pathways, and strengthen educational partnerships.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and academic partners to attract, develop, and retain top behavioral health professionals, guiding career progression and leadership readiness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in psychology or Psy.D. licensed in at least one state.
• Five+ years of clinical supervision experience.
• Experience developing university relationships.
• Marketing and community relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the doctoral psychology internship program, ensuring APA accreditation and high-quality supervision.
• Direct practicum training, recruitment, supervision, and evaluation processes.
• Lead workforce development initiatives including partnerships and career pathways.
• Collaborate on leadership development and supervisor pathways across service lines.
• Participate in committees and cross-functional collaboration with Talent Acquisition and L&D.
• Maintain professional standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
