Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Workforce Development to lead APA-accredited internship and practicum programs, and to advance enterprise workforce pathways and partnerships.

The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and academic collaborators to recruit, develop, and retain high-quality behavioral health clinicians and leaders across the organization, ensuring program compliance and leadership readiness.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and licensure in at least one state.
• Five+ years of clinical supervision experience.
• Experience in university relationship development preferred.
• Marketing, patient development and/or community relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain APA accreditation and compliance for internship programs.
• Lead internship recruitment, supervision, training, and evaluation.
• Oversee master's-level practicum training and university partnerships.
• Coordinate workforce pathway initiatives and educational partnerships.
• Develop leadership pathways and supervisor development resources.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and operations to advance workforce goals.
• Provide professional leadership and maintain professional relationships.
