Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Wisconsin. The role involves attending patients at multiple sites, conducting psychiatric evaluations, creating and updating treatment plans, and coordinating with the care team, including discharge planning and documentation within 24 hours.

The position requires state NP licensure, board eligibility, and 2+ years of hospital or clinic provider experience.

Qualifications

• Be licensed in the state as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Board-eligible AHP; board certification preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited college or university.
• Two or more years experience as a provider in another licensed hospital or clinic, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend patients at the site and provide medication management sessions.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Create patient treatment plans and updates; participate in discharge planning.
• Participate in team meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Complete charting and documentation within 24 hours; adhere to EMTALA-related processes.
