Job summary

Dungarvin seeks a Nursing Services Manager to lead the Wellness Coordination program and supervise nursing operations across a select area. This role develops and monitors medical policies to ensure licensing compliance and delivers individualized health care management to optimize outcomes.

The position requires clinical leadership, collaboration with directors, and a commitment to person-centered care, quality, and safety across multiple programs nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license with current, unrestricted practice.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in nursing/healthcare.
• Strong communication and accurate healthcare documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between programs.
• Successful completion of required background and compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Nursing Leadership: supervise and develop nursing staff while promoting accountability and high-quality care.
• Wellness Coordination: ensure assessments, wellness plans, visits, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Clinical Oversight: monitor healthcare needs and care delivery across programs.
• Clinical Consultation: advise Area Directors and nurses on medical concerns and regulatory requirements.
• Program Growth: develop healthcare systems and nursing supports for new individuals and programs.
• Compliance & Quality: ensure nursing services meet licensing requirements and standards.
