Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Nursing Services Manager to lead the Wellness Coordination program and supervise nursing operations in a defined region. You will develop and oversee medical policies to ensure they meet licensing requirements and deliver individualized health care management that improves health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license required.
• At least 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in nursing/healthcare.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license for travel between programs.
• Successful background and compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop nursing staff, promoting accountability and high-quality care.
• Oversee wellness coordination, assessments, visits, and documentation.
• Monitor healthcare needs, clinical services, and care delivery across programs.
• Collaborate with area directors and nurses on medical concerns and regulatory requirements.
• Grow healthcare systems and nursing supports for new individuals and programs.
• Ensure nursing services meet licensing, standards, and person-centered care expectations.
