Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Nursing Services Manager to lead the Wellness Coordination program across assigned Indiana locations. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure comprehensive wellness plans, and maintain compliance with licensing standards to deliver individualized healthcare management.

You will supervise face-to-face visits, coordinate with area directors, and help set up health care systems in new programs while supporting overall mission-driven care for individuals with IDD.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license and unrestricted nursing practice.
• Clear documentation, clinical communication, and collaboration with teams.
• Experience leading nursing or healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow Wellness Coordination services.
• Supervise nursing staff and oversee nursing operations.
• Ensure Wellness Assessments, Risk Mitigation Tools, and Wellness Plans are completed and documented.
• Ensure face-to-face visits are performed as required.
• Provide leadership aligned with the organization’s mission and policies.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant health care services for individuals served.
• Serve as a resource to area directors and nursing staff on medical issues.
• Advise on appropriate nursing services for new consumers.
• Assist in setting up health care systems in new programs.
• Provide nursing oversight for individuals supported by Dungarvin.
• Ensure documentation meets licensure and policy requirements.
