Job summary

Dungarvin in Bloomington, IN, seeks a Nursing Services Manager to lead the Wellness Coordination program and supervise nursing operations in a defined region. You will ensure medical policies meet licensing requirements and deliver individualized care management to optimize health outcomes.

You will supervise nursing staff, manage assessments and face-to-face visits, and collaborate with area directors and clinicians to address medical concerns.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in nursing/healthcare.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for travel between programs.
• Successful completion of required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Nursing staff and provide leadership across programs.
• Coordinate Wellness assessments, visits, and documentation.
• Monitor clinical services and health outcomes for individuals served.
• Consult with directors, nurses, guardians, and providers on medical concerns.
• Support development of healthcare systems and nursing supports for new programs.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and organizational standards.
