Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Nursing Services Manager to oversee Wellness Coordination and nursing operations in a defined area. You will develop medical policies, ensure licensure compliance, and deliver individualized health care management to support independence.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate health assessments, and ensure high-quality care aligned with organization standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license to practice nursing in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow the Wellness Coordination services.
• Supervise and manage the nursing staff.
• Ensure completion and review of Wellness Assessments, Risk Mitigation Tools, and Wellness Plans.
• Ensure face-to-face visits are documented as outlined in the DDRS Wellness Coordination Guide.
• Provide leadership to align with the organization’s mission and policies.
• Ensure healthcare services are consistent and of high quality for individuals served.
