Job summary
The Nursing Services Manager at Dungarvin Indianapolis oversees the Wellness Coordination program and nursing operations in a defined area, ensuring quality, compliant health care management for individuals receiving services. - Strong communication and healthcare documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Nursing Leadership: Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff while promoting accountability and high-quality care.
- Wellness Coordination: Ensure assessments, wellness plans, visits, and documentation are completed on time.
- Clinical Oversight: Monitor healthcare needs, clinical services, and care delivery across programs.
- Clinical Consultation: Partner with Area Directors and nurses on medical concerns and regulatory requirements.
- Program Growth: Develop healthcare systems and nursing supports for new individuals and programs.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure nursing services and documentation meet licensing requirements and standards.
