SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Nursing Services (DON) / RN for The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina in Pinehurst, NC. Lead our nursing team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a state-of-the-art setting.

You will oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive best practices across patient care, staffing, and policies while collaborating with the facility Administrator and the broader care team.

Formación

• Maintain a current RN license in North Carolina.
• Passion for working with seniors.
• 1+ year nursing management in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and personnel development abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing personnel.
• Guide staffing procedures and set department objectives.
• Organize admission and patient care workflows.
• Develop and enforce compliant, high-quality policies.
• Control budgets and manage payroll and supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments and report to Administrator.
