Job summary

The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina in Pinehurst, NC, is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Director to join SanStone Health & Rehabilitation’s dedicated team of healthcare professionals at our brand-new facility.

This leadership role oversees housekeeping, laundry, and floor care, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor technicians, housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure cleanliness of all areas of the facility.
• Assist the team in performing routine cleaning of residents’ rooms, nursing units, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobby, lounge, restrooms, and corridors.
• Demonstrate ability to utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure for laundry, housekeeping, and floor care.
• Assist with residents' clothing and inventory.
• Move residents’ personal items for discharges/room changes.
• Manage staffing schedules, daily hours, and paid time off requests.
• Maintain spend down logs according to budget.
