Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and evaluate nursing personnel and staff.
• Guide staffing procedures and set department objectives.
• Organize admission, nursing, and patient care procedures.
• Develop and enforce policies for compliance and quality standards.
• Control budgets and monitor department expenses and payroll.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
• Report to the Facility Administrator.
