Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation seeks an Admissions & Marketing Director for The Lodge at Sandhills Carolina in Pinehurst, NC. Lead marketing initiatives, build hospital/referral relationships, and guide residents and families through admissions.

The ideal candidate has SNF/LT Care exposure, strong sales and customer service, and a passion for seniors. You will join a team dedicated to compassionate care and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care preferred.
• Ability to grow business via relationships with medical facilities and referral sources.
• Passion for working with seniors with strong customer service and marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Market the facility to local hospitals and discharge planners.
• Proactively respond to inquiries from families and referral sources.
• Serve as liaison with residents and families on services.
• Assist in promoting employee engagement and recruiting.
• Conduct admissions tours and maintain marketing materials.
• Ensure admissions paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain occupancy census data and report upcoming admissions.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
