The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the Nursing Services Department in our Oregon facility. You will plan, organize, develop, and direct operations to ensure the highest quality of resident care and compliance with current standards and regulations.

This role requires policy development, budget planning, staff supervision, coordination with health care providers, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives to maintain Platinum Service.

Competenze

• Must possess an active RN license in the relevant state.
• Three or more years of nursing leadership experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and supervisory abilities.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the Nursing Services Department.
• Develop and enforce facility policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets and coordinate with health care providers.
• Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee staff recruitment, scheduling, and supervision.
