Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and provide holistic nursing care in a long-term care/assisted living setting in Oregon. You will supervise licensed and non-professional staff and ensure care plans align with health care regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license to practice.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.
• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily nursing functions in accordance with rules and guidelines governing the facility.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Complete initial assessments and develop interim or care/service plans.
• Record accurate treatment, orders, and progress notes; communicate with health care providers.
• Coordinate with CNAs/Caregivers to ensure standards of care are met.
• Supervise nursing unit and address staff performance issues.
