Covenant Living Communities seeks a Director of Nursing to plan, direct, and evaluate the Nursing Department in alignment with our philosophy and state/federal regulations. The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and other managers to ensure resident needs are met and a professional working atmosphere is maintained.
The ideal candidate will hold a BSN (preferred) and be a currently licensed RN in the state, with at least 4 years of leadership experience in an acute, sub-acute, or

- Requires a nursing degree and active RN license in the state.
- Minimum 4 years in a leadership role in acute, sub-acute or long-term care.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage professional nursing standards.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, direct, implement, oversee and delegate nursing department functions.
- Recruit, hire and manage nursing staff and oversee survey management.
- Coordinate with departments, budget, and external partners to ensure continuity of care.
