Job summary

Quorum Health is seeking a Director of Nursing Services in Oregon to lead nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape policies that improve hospital outcomes. The role reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and requires extensive experience in nursing management.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oregon.
• MSN degree required.
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience plus 5 years nursing management or directorship.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CNO in providing leadership to nursing staff and enroll their support.
• Maintain regulatory compliance approvals and quality accreditation.
• Oversee operations to uphold patient care standards and advise staff and administrators.
• Direct policy establishment and organizational structure development.
• Interpret nursing service policies to staff and community groups.
• Generally manage professional staff; lead and direct work of others.
