Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer all operational aspects to provide effective quality patient care.
• Plan and direct administrative and operational functions to maximize patient revenues, attract new patients, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and administer departmental operating and capital budgets within approved guidelines.
• Monitor productivity levels and resource utilization; develop staff within designated departments.
• Lead performance improvement, safety, quality, and service initiatives for the assigned areas.
• Develop service lines and market strategies in collaboration with business development.
