Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer all operational aspects to provide high-quality patient care.
• Plan and direct administrative and operating functions to maximize patient revenues and meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and administer departmental budgets to ensure funds and staffing meet objectives.
• Monitor productivity to ensure proper staff, resources, and efficiency; develop staff.
• Identify areas for efficiency improvement and implement changes.
• Lead performance improvement, safety, quality, and service initiatives for patient care.
