Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and Masters Degree any field OR Bachelors Degree any field with a Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare leadership.
• Critical Care experience preferred.
• Nurse, Registered (RN)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer all operational aspects to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead development and execution of strategic plans aligning with Advocate Health Care/South Suburban Hospital’s Mission, Values, and Philosophy.
• Oversee service line development, marketing, and collaboration with other disciplines and departments.
• Establish policies, procedures, and standards following quality management and external guidelines (DNV, IDPH, CMS, CDC, OSHA).
