Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff.
• Be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintained.
• Replace staff call-ins and call-offs.
• Schedule days off, vacations, sick time under DON approval.
• Coordinate absenteeism, requests, schedules with DON and Payroll.
• Maintain communication with DON about all areas.
• Nursing floor duties as allowed.
