Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active CNA certification in the state is required.
• Willing to work beyond normal hours, weekends, holidays, and/or other shifts.
• Must know nursing practices, terminology, laws, and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor monthly, bi-weekly, and daily schedules for nursing staff per policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and adequate staffing to provide high-quality resident care.
• Support the nursing team and ensure smooth facility operations.
• Contribute to a team that emphasizes patient-centered care, trust, and collaboration.
