Qualifications

• Must have completed a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana QMA or CNA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules that ensure provision of quality nursing care.

• Ensure staffing complies with budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
• Work with the team to achieve excellent resident care and scheduling patterns.
