CareCore at Lakeridge in Ohio is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily nursing schedules for RNs, LPNs, and STNAs. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to staffing changes in a busy long-term care setting.

You will partner with the Director of Nursing and other leaders to ensure adequate coverage, maintain accurate records, and provide timely schedule updates to the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• STNA certification or LPN licensure preferred.
• Previous scheduling experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain, and update nursing schedules for RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.
• Coordinate staffing coverage for call-offs, vacations, open shifts, and other scheduling needs.
• Monitor daily staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage with nursing leadership.
• Communicate scheduling changes with staff and management.
• Track availability and time-off requests.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain scheduling records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing to address staffing needs.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
