Job summary
Miracle Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily nursing staff schedules, generate reports, and assist with staffing projects.
The role requires CNA certification, and prior scheduling experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. You will work with leadership to resolve staffing concerns and maintain accurate attendance and overtime records.
Qualifications
- Experience in staffing/scheduling for a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Must be a CNA.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Confirms and verifies staffing schedules for the nursing departments.
- Communicates and assists in resolving staffing concerns timely.
- Reviews staffing levels as needed on a daily basis.
- Assists in completion and filing of designated reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Consults with leadership teams concerning the staffing needs.
- Track individual nursing team member’s attendance and PTO per facility policies.
- Maintain nurse staffing posting as census changes.
- Utilize facility assessment to drive staffing decisions.
