Job summary

Hillcrest Village is seeking a Nursing Scheduler Coordinator (QMA or CNA) to manage staffing levels and ensure delivery of quality nursing care. The role collaborates with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to align schedules with budget and regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate brings a state-approved medication administration training, Indiana QMA or CNA license, and a strong commitment to geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Complete state approved training in medication administration is required.
• Indiana QMA or CNA license required.
• Demonstrates passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise staffing schedules.
• Create staffing schedules to ensure quality nursing care and budget compliance.
• Maintain compliant scheduling patterns aligned with state/federal guidelines.
• Foster teamwork and equitable scheduling through strong interpersonal communication.
• Act as a liaison to residents, families, and staff to resolve scheduling needs.
