Arcadia LTC in Morris, IL is seeking a Nursing Scheduler/Central Supply Coordinator to manage staffing for CNAs and nurses, track staff concerns, and maintain supply orders for the nursing department.

The role involves creating monthly, bi-weekly, and daily rosters, handling last-minute call-offs, and coordinating with outside agencies to ensure adequate coverage while complying with state and IDPH guidelines.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; proactive problem solver.

Mansioni

• Build and post monthly, bi-weekly, and daily nursing rosters for CNAs and nurses.
• Handle call-offs, find replacement coverage, coordinate with outside staffing agencies when needed.
• Ensure staffing levels meet resident census and comply with state, federal, and IDPH guidelines.
• Process PTO requests, track overtime, and update onboarding/termination records.
• Verify timecards/attendance and assist HR/payroll with reporting.
