Arcadia Care in Morris, IL is seeking a Nursing Scheduler/Central Supply Coordinator to ensure proper staffing for our facility and maintain compliance with state guidelines.

You will build monthly, bi-weekly, and daily rosters for CNAs and nurses, track PTO and overtime, process timecards, and support HR and payroll.

This role requires strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Competenze

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• Scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Resourceful, tactful, and proactive in addressing issues.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain monthly, bi-weekly, and daily nursing rosters for CNAs and nurses.
• Manage call-offs, gaps, and coordinate with outside staffing agencies when needed.
• Ensure shift staffing levels meet resident census and comply with state/federal/IDPH guidelines.
• Process PTO requests, track overtime, and update onboarding/termination records.
• Verify timecards/attendance and assist HR or payroll with reporting.
