Arcadia Care in Morris, IL is seeking a Nursing Scheduler/Central Supply Coordinator to manage staffing for our facility and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will build rosters for CNAs and nurses, handle calls, coordinate with outside staffing agencies, and maintain/purchase supplies for the nursing department.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain monthly, bi-weekly, and daily nursing rosters for CNAs and nurses.
• Handle last-minute call-outs, arrange replacement coverage, and coordinate with staffing agencies when needed.
• Ensure shift staffing levels match resident census and comply with guidelines.
• Process PTO requests, track overtime, and update onboarding/termination records.
• Verify timecards/attendance and assist HR/payroll with reporting.
