Qualifications

• Follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule nursing dept staff according to established company guidelines.
• Maintain and manage daily nurse schedule.
• Obtain staffing coverage to cover call offs for nursing dept.
• On call responsibilities.
• Maintain supply and storage rooms in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
• Ensure safety procedures and precautions are followed.
• Check invoices, purchase orders, packing slips, etc. with incoming merchandise.
• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
