Job summary

Normandie Ridge Senior Living is seeking a dedicated NCC Scheduling Coordinator to manage the Nursing Care Center staff schedule and timekeeping, ensuring adequate coverage and accuracy in the scheduling system.

This full-time role offers 80 hours bi-weekly, a $21/hour pay rate, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401K with match; PTO and paid holidays. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• One year of related work experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage NCC Nursing Department staff schedule and timekeeping.
• Maintain NCC nursing department schedule in electronic system; ensure adequate staffing.
• Complete daily timekeeping for NCC employees.
• Prepare daily staffing reports including agency and contract hours.
• Process staff time-off requests and verify staffing before approval.
• Assist nursing units with clerical or nursing duties as needed.
