American Senior Communities is seeking a Scheduler for Fairway Village in Indianapolis to oversee nursing staffing levels and create effective schedules. This role partners with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to align staffing with budget and regulatory requirements, ensuring high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate brings nurse aide scheduling experience, completion of a state-approved medication administration program, and a strong commitment to geriatric care

Qualifications

• Previous nurse aide/nurse scheduling experience, preferably in a long-term care environment.
• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules to ensure provision of quality nursing care.
