Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Nursing Scheduler Coordinator to join our team at Stonebrook Rehabilitation in Indiana. This role ensures staffing levels meet resident care needs and supports a compassionate care environment.

You will collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to develop schedules, maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, and promote C.A.R.E. values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules that ensures the provision of quality nursing care.
• Coordinates with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs and ensure compliance with appropriate budgetary, State and Federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels at all times.
