Arbor Grove Village, part of American Senior Communities, seeks a Nursing Scheduler Coordinator (QMA or LPN) to help ensure staffing levels meet resident care needs. You will work closely with leadership to schedule nursing teams and maintain quality care standards.

Ideal candidates have a state-approved medication administration training, Indiana QMA or LPN license, and strong communication skills to support geriatric residents and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules to ensure provision of quality nursing care.
