The ideal candidate holds an Indiana QMA or CNA license, has approved medication administration training, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills to support residents and staff effectively.

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member that is responsible for the overall assurances of appropriate staffing levels are met at all times.

Skills Needed
