Highlands Rehabilitation and HealthcareCenter is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Muncy, PA. This role supports the Administrator by coordinating scheduling, payroll, attendance, onboarding, and related HR tasks for our long-term care and short-stay residents.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, LTC experience preferred, and a valid PA driver’s license; strong English communication and computer skills are essential to maintain accurate records and keep

Qualifications

• Must possess the ability to work independently.
• Verbal and written English communication skills required.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
• Must meet health, background and reference criteria.

Responsibilities

• Create and post monthly staff schedules and approve trades.
• Coordinate payroll and attendance with HR and departments.
• Support HR onboarding and maintain attendance records.
• Monitor PTO, call-offs and early arrivals; coordinate with HR.
• Maintain professional office appearance and budgeted staffing.
