• Creates the campus four-week master schedule and posts it per policy.
• Adjusts staffing based on budget, census, call-offs, and leave.
• Manages PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Generates postings and schedules; manages hours and attendance.
• Onboards new employees and provides direct patient care as needed.
