Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to assist the Director of Nursing in planning and directing the schedule for the nursing service department. You will ensure staffing aligns with regulations, census needs, and patient care requirements across the campus in Miamisburg, OH.

Responsibilities include creating master schedules, adjusting staffing, managing PTO and shift trades, and ensuring compliant postings. CNAs and RNs with valid credentials are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE required or preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credential required; non-clinical candidates considered with experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates four-week Master set schedule and posts per Campus Hourly Scheduling policy.
• Adjusts staffing according to budget, census, and leave.
• Manages PTO, holidays, shift trades and postings (BIPA, daily assignment sheets, monthly schedules).
• Monitors nursing hours (PPD) and staff-to-census ratios.
• Manages Time and Attendance, attendance points, buy-backs, and shift pickups.
• Uses Smartlinx features to post and fill shifts and communicate with employees.
• Onboards new employees and reviews schedule needs.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within license/certification scope.
