Position Overview

As a CNA or CMA, you'll play an essential role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You'll assist with daily care needs, provide meaningful companionship, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Primary Responsibilities

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Encourage resident independence whenever possible
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions
• Provide compassionate support and companionship
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment
• Complete accurate documentation of resident care

Additional CMA Responsibilities

• Administer medications according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Observe and report medication concerns or side effects
• Maintain medication records and documentation
• Follow all state regulations and safety guidelines
