• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
• Current CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per the plan of care, unit routine, and hospital policy.
• Safely transport patients via wheelchair or stretcher and document services.
• Serve as an Observer for patients requiring constant observation, in person or via remote monitoring.
• Document care provided in the electronic medical record.
